The MT54-FX Controller Module serves as a core component within industrial automation systems, seamlessly integrating with the FX-MT Gateway Link to form the GL-FX Automation Device. Designed for manufacturing, automotive, and logistics sectors, it features 8 digital inputs, 6 relay outputs, and direct connectivity with up to 4 expansion modules. Supporting Ethernet, RS-485, and USB communication interfaces, it operates on 24V DC with a wide temperature range of -20°C to 60°C. The module includes a 5.7-inch touchscreen for real-time monitoring and configuration, complemented by a 5000mAh backup battery. Its integrated sensor ports enable object detection up to 10 meters.
